On Wednesday 21st August 2019, at FUFA headquarter, Mengo, the 21st FUFA Exco Meeting sat to take Key Football Decisions which are yet to be officially announced, deliberating on football matters including an update on SC Villa.
It is alleged that the meeting took decision to increase on the number of CEOs from the current two to four.
The sources indicate that, the current FUFA final director Mr. Decholas Kiiza and FUFA compliance manager Mr. Sam Bakiika are the ones to be promoted as Mr. Edgar Watson and his deputy Humphrey Mandu’s deputies. have been promoted to deputy CEOs FUFA, adding them to the current one Mr. Humphrey Mandu to making the number to three Edgar Watson’s deputies.
Mr. Decholas Kiiza will be the deputy in charge of competition,football development and National teams.
Whereas Mr. Sam Bakiika will be the deputy in charge of finance
According to our reporter, the changes are aimed to increase the efficiency of the work at FUFA, especially during the time when FUFA president Eng. Magogo Moses will fully engaged into politics as he has ambitions of becoming the MP in the next parliament come 2021.
For SC Villa the 21st FUFA excom “applauded the efforts and strides process in the Normalization of the club.
FUFA has also Written to SC Villa to attend an urgent meeting schedule for 29th/08/2019 to conclude on matters of: statues, Structure and Schedule Activities. ”
