Wood ball AGM approves other four new members.
The game of wood arrived in Uganda in 2006 since then the game has been developing continuously.
Over 40 clubs were already approved as members as per the year 2019.
Delegates from 41 member associations have all agreed to approve fellow members as all been participating in different Woodball Activities last year.
The four new clubs that have been approved in this year’s Annual General Assembly held at Namirembe Balintuma are; Proway wood ball club, Eminate WC., Victoria University WC. and Kiryandongo WC.
. As the Uganda Wood ball Federation president who is also the Africa Wood ball federation president and also World Wood ball Federation Vice President Paul Mark Kayongo prioritizing the growth of the game in Uganda.
This is one of the way to fulfilling Kayongo’s desire. In the same Annual General Assembly attempting to join Uganda Secondary Schools Sports Association games was another hot discussion on the floor and it is expected to be another key avenue towards Wood ball development.
