Former Jinja Kirinya SS coach Charles Ayekho joins Maroons FC

The 44yr old Experienced tactician Ayiekoh Charles Lukula aka ‘Mbuzi’ has penned a short term deal at struggling Star Times Ugandã Premier Leagué side, Maroons FC replacing Douglas Bamweyana who parted ways with the ‘prison warders’ recently.

Ayiekho has of recent been handling Makerere University Business School (MUBS -Nakawa) in the Pepsi University Football League.

Ayiekho has previously handled sides like Busoga United FC ( formerly Kirinya Jinja SS), Soana (now Tooro United ), Bunamwaya SC( Vipers SC), Nyamityoboora & Rwenshama-KJT.

He will be in charge of the side until the season’s end to help them survive the relegation.

The soft spoken tactician is a great student of the late Stephen Gayige aka ‘Jesus Mulinde’ who nurtured him into Coaching while he was just a Spectator at Villa Park in the 90s.

Of late he has been paneling with NBS TV ‘s sports and Sanyuka Tv during Star times Uganda Premier League live games.
