Police fc launch 2019, 2023 strategic plan and new club logo as one of the ways to re-brand police fc .
Police fc is one of Uganda’s oldest football club having established “54 years ago” in 1965
This club has archived many in the of football having won the nation league in 2005, CECAFA in 2006 and natured many of Uganda’s great football talents like Massa Geoffrey, Hassan Mubiru, David Obua, Simeon Masaba, Martin Muwanga Peter Ssenyonjo Juma Balinya who is reigning league top scorer among others.
Kasigye who is the current chairman of the board of the club started his speech by pointing out challenges facing the club in which he mentioned the home grounds problem which he said it limits the club fan base as they change grounds each and every season. The high rank police officer continued by promising to have their home ground stadium build with in the coming two years and he jokingly argued police officers to support the when ever it has a game unless the force will be forced to amend the code of conduct to force them.
Rogers Byamukama chairman FUFA marketing committee who represented FUFA president Mose Magogo thanked the force for the continued support towards the game of football and having organised this function at a 4 star hotel which he said is part of branding that can attract sponsors.
He argued them to create the kops marketing and event committee in order to bring in more money and have an organised football events.
Abdaalah Mubiru coached side finished 8th in the league 16 clubs and is tipped to fininsh among the top three by boss Hassan Kasingye.

Re branding of the club which started with new logo unveiling.
Setting up formal structures.
Setting up functioning secretariat.
Recruiting of good players who will compete favorably in league and Uganda cup.
