The 2023 Bika by’Abaganda Lugave, Ngeye, Kkobe win as Kinyomo continue struggling

The 2023 Bika by’Abaganda resumed on Monday 10 July with six group stage matches played at Kabaka Kyabaggu stadium in Wakiso and Kawanda SS play ground.

Lugave clan football team team who lost to Nsenene 1:0 in their previous game,  regained momentum when they defeated Nvuma clan FC 1:0 in the game played at Kawanda.

Whereas Mbogo clan FC were held to a 3 all draw by former champions Ente clan FC Nte at Kabaka Kyabaggu Stadium in Wakiso goals were scored by Yunus Ssentamu and Nelson Ssenkatuka for Mbogo Clan and Umar Kasumba sored a brace and Kakooza for Ente Clan.

“Every point in every game is vital for every team in order to progress to the quarter finals,  Deo Kasana,” Ente clan said after the game.

Meanwhile in other today’s results shows Kinyomo clan FC still struggling as they suffered to another humiliating 3-0 defeat by Ngeye clan FC.

The best two teams in each group will progress to the quarter finals.

Fulltime results for the games played were as follows;

Omutima Omusagi 1:1 Mpindi

Nvuma 0:1 Lugave

Engabi Ensamba 1:1 Omusu

Mbogo 3:3 Nte

Ngeye 3:0 Kinyomo

Omutima Omuyanja 0:1 Kkobe.

The tournament resumes on Tuesday with Nsenene vs Ngo and Ngoonge Vs Ffumbe at Muteesa II Stadium Wankulukuku.
