KISUBI CORPORATE DOMINATED THE FOURTH WODBALL CORPORATE CIRCUIT HELD IN LUBIRI

The fourth corporate woodball circuit which was organised by Buganda Land Board at Lubiri SS ground,  saw Kisubi corporate woodball dominating the circuit.

This is the fourth circuit organised this year and two more circuit remained, the fifth circuit will be organised by vision group which is likely to take place at Kololo airstrip and the last circuit will be organised by Bank of Uganda.

Julius Agaba,  the acting administrator of Uganda woodball federation, said the attendence was good and the tournament was successfully organised.

Agaba, went on to say that this was a build up for the Uganda Open woodball championship which will take place in November in Gulu.

In the single corporate ladies,  Babirye Nalwoga of Kisubi woodball corporate won the category with 113 strokes,  Aidah Namubiru came second with 115 strokes and Josephine Nantongo was third with 119 strokes.

In men single,  Jackson Masiga won withv102 strokes,  Raymond Semata was second with 107 strokes and Kizza Kalebu with 110 strokes.

Woodball action

In double mixed,  Peter Mutyaba and Harriet Amoding  of ministry of public service won with 51 strokes,  Kennedy and Josephine Nantongo were second and Jackson Masiga and Babirye Nalwoga were the third.

Double ladies,  Teddy Nassuna and Akullo Tamali won,  Kifaya Musa and Aidah Namubiru came second and Ainembabazi and Nabwire D came third.

In double men,  Davies Mutebi and Shafic Walugembe of Kisubi corporate woodball won the category,  Raymond Semata and Mike Musazi of Kisubi corporate and Sylvester and Rodgers came third.
