Warm welcome for the Bomber as Cpt. Mukula hosts the home welcoming dinner on Tuesday night

Today evening,  Uganda team bombers was warmly welcomed by Uganda boxing patron,  captain Mike Mukula at his mansion in Bugolobi,  Lithuli avenue for appreciating their wonderful performance in the just concluded African boxing championship in Cameron, where team Uganda finished fifth overall after getting two silver anf five bronze medals.

The massive dinner was also attended by former police officer afande Sam Omara, commonly known as muko wa Buganda,  RCC for Nansana Ali Nsubuga,  and branding manager of sting Grace Namutebi.

The team bombers was led by their president Moses Muhangi,  Vice president Sula Kamoga,  coach Twaibu Mayanja and Ramathan Seguya, coach Mercy Mukwakunsi and the fighters.

The bombers enjoyed themselves with alot of different diets provided by the federation patron.

Ali Nsubuga,  the RCC Nansana,  appreciated UBF president for his good heart towards boxing and appeal boxers to continue performing well.

Afande Sam Omara,  former police officer told the bombers that ‘akola obulungi asimibwa’ (that he who perform well, will be appreciated) and thank captain Mukula for that dinner for the bombers.

Moses Muhangi, thanked the patron for this wonderful dinner and said that this is a big blow to the government who don’t appreciate the boxers and in 2017,  the bombers emerged number one in East Africa and 2019,  we managed to get two silver and one bronze in world youth qualifer in Rabat,  Morocco but nothing have been done to this boxers until captain Mukula individually invited the bombers for dinner.

According to captain Mukula, that he will continue looking for support towards boxing and if it needs to write letter to president and first lady to support boxing,  i will do it.
