Katwe utd fc have acquired two players from Uganda premier league teams.
Just two days after renewing contracts of eleven players in preparation for the FUFA Big League debut appearance, Katwe United FC has today Monday got two players from top flight clubs.
The acquired players are midfielder Nkata Billy from Express FC, who has also been the Captain of their U-17 Uganda Premier League team and Richard Kigozi alias Gaza from Wakiso Giants FC.
The duo has signed a 3-year contract with the Club subject to renewal depending on their performance.
Management wants to welcome Billy and Richard to the Tulibanyiivu side and wishes them the best of luck.
As communicated by the Club’s Head Coach, Hassan Mubiru last week, that we have never dreamt of being a mid table team in the FUFA Big League, the Club will be unveiling many more other new players in the coming days, to accomplish our dream of qualifying for the Uganda Premier League next season.
