The bishop of Mukono Diocese the Rt. Rev Enos Kitto Kagodo challenged Christians to endeavor coming together to develop in spirit and encouraged them to work together towards the completion of the parish priests house.

The Bishop noted this as he was responding to the Parish priests report, and confirming over 100 children in a Holy Communion service that took place at St. Peters church in Ddandira Parish in Nassuuti Archdeaconry, mukono Diocese. Bishop Kagodo as well challenged Christians to know where their sources of blessings are, and use them meaningfully since all blessings come from God.

Ddandira Parish Priest and mission coordinator in Mukono Diocese Rev Micah Lukwago Migavu reported to the Bishop about Christians in Mukono Diocese who are not willing to take on holy marriages, land grabbing, witchcraft, Christians who don’t want to engage in church gatherings, and little money that hinders the progress of church activities.

However, he commended those Christians who have worked hard to contribute towards the ongoing church activities such as their efforts towards the construction of the church ministers building.

Bishop Kagodo was welcomed by the Nasuuti Archdeacon Ven Kampi Lukwago, Ddandira Parish Priest Rev Micah Lukwago Migavu, the Diocesan Treasurer and Assistant Vicar St Luke Kirangira Rev Rogers Kityo, comfirmants, band and many jubilant Christians.

This service was graced by the Diocesan Secretary Rev Canon John Ssebudde, the Diocesan Education secretary Rev Can Geoffrey Kagoye, Reverends and many Lay Readers.
