The government of Uganda through the Ministry of Health has on Wednesday 14th August 2019 signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the government of Japan, aimed to promote among other things like; health promotion, prevention, and control of Communicable Diseases by improving access to hygiene, innovations and reproductive health.
According to the Ambassador of Japan to Uganda, H.E Kazuaki Kameda, the Memorandum of Cooperation will use a business-based approach and promoting economic growth.
