Katikkiro visits Kisakaate 2024 participants

Buganda Premier Owek Charles Peter Mayiga commended the Nabagereka of Buganda HRH Sylvia Nagginda for introducing the Kisakaate that has helped to train children in different skills that greatly impact their lives positively. He arged Kisakaate 2024 participants to make right decissions that impact their lives so that they can shape their future.

While visiting the Kisakaate 2024 participants at Homesdallen Primary School Gayaza, Owek Mayiga challenged the participants to stay away from drug abuse, mantain personal hygiene, avoid dodging classes, being honest, responsible, transparent, trustworthy, hardworking, responsible among others as these have been some of the topics they have been taught during the kisakaate 2024.

He encouraged the participants to engage in doing physical exercises since it keeps them healthy and enables their bodies to resist diseases such as High blood pressure, diabetes among others, and advised them to be keen on the skills they have acquired in the Kisakaate so that they can help them for future life benefits, but not only looking at white colour jobs that are scarce in the country.

CEO Nabagereka development Foundation Andrew Adrian Mukiibi appreciated the fact that the participants have greatly changed since they have positively responded to the new skills they have acquired during their stay in Kisakaate yet they were so green when they had just joined the Kisakaate.

The Katikkiro was welcomed by Owek Cotilda Nakate Kikomeko, CEO Nabagereka development Foundation Andrew Adrian Mukiibi and the participants.
