As the country woke up to the sad news of the passing on of the Dokolo district woman representative Hon Cecilia Ogwal who died today, Thursday morning 18/01/2024 in India after a short illness, FDC youth League has joined the country to mourn her.
According to the Fdc youth league’s condolence message, it’s President Hon Francis Adepo expressed concern over the loss of Hon Cecilia Ogwal noting that the party has greatly lost a very vibrant party member with wisdom that could take the party far.

The speaker of parliament Rt Hon Anita Among has also mourned the death of Cecilia who she looked at as a mother and a mentor. In her post on her X official platform, she posted that.
