With seven games to go, Nantabulirwa star FC’s Hasheem Banya is very confident of his club qualifying to the regional league of Buganda.
Currently Nantabulirwa FC is playing in Mukono district FA fourth division league where is leading the satellite group of 11 teams with 31 points from 13 games while Nantabulirwa One SC are second with 27 games also from 13 games.
Banya, a versatile player who sometimes plays as defensive midfielder or attacking midfielder, used to play as a wing defender at Kisugu Utd FC believes that the difference of four points from the second team will be able to take his team to the next division.
“All players are fit to clash whoever comes on our way”, Banya states.
Their next game is away to Barca B Kiwanga ,who are currently at fourth place.
So far this season, Banya has scored four goals and seven assists under coach Ronald Mugabo.
While Kyetume Utd FC , is leading the other group of Mabira with 28 points from 13 games with Katosi Watford FC in second with 25 points from 13 games.
