Kavumba Elite keeps perfect form to move closer to leaders Dallas in group P of Mutalaga cup

Kavumba Elites defeated Giants FC 4-0 to make 6 points out of two outings.

The game played at Lweza ground on Saturday 24 August 2024 saw the Elijah Mugisha coached side scoring through three players.

Maddy Semakula stood up with a brace while Abbey Kavuma and Brian Okello added the other goals.

 Kavumba Elites started their campaign with a 2-0 win over Wilfo FC with Abbey Kavumba opening goals account.

The results lifting Kavumba Elites to 1 point behind leader Dallas FC after dropping points against Kataka Select.

The game which also took place at Lweza play ground on same date ended Dallas FC 2-2 Kataka Select

After the game Dallas topping group P with 7 points from 3 games, Kavumba Elites is second at 6 points from 2 games and Kataka Select is third with 4 points while Wilfo FC and Giants are pointless.

The tournament shall commence on  Sunday 25 August 2024 with two games in group  A  at some team will be playing their final group games.

Prof Buwembo FC will be taking on UG Anfield while St Marys will be against Kanaaba United with both games getting hosted at Lweza play ground
