KCCA FC out of champion league after being held to 1-1 draw at home.

Friday 27th September 2019.CAF champions league preliminary round two KCCA FC 1-1 Petro De Luanda.

Uganda champions KCCA FC are out of Africa’s premier clubs competition after being held to one all draw at home in the return leg match played at Lugogo.

Angolan champions went ahead through first penalty converted by Recardo to end the 45 minutes 1-0 in favour of the visitors .

The second half hosts come back with an aim to score goals as they could attacks and in the 57th minute defender Musitafa Kiiza levelled the equesion but wasn’t enough for Kasasiro boys to secure a slot in this year’s group stages.

Petro De Luanda qualifies on away goal after both teams scored only one each as they drew home and away to a 0-0 and 1-1 all draws in Luanda and Kampala respectively.

KCCA FC will now battle for CAF Confederations cup group stage slot.

Meanwhile Proline FC will play host to Rwandese AS Kigali in the CAF Confederations cup preliminary round two return leg match tomorrow Saturday 28th September 2019 at Lugogo.

Proline FC are favourites to go through to the next round having cured a 1-1 draw in Kigali two weeks ago.
