After the NRM swept all the positions in Kaabong and Hoima in the by- elections, Tang Odoi the chairman of NRM Electoral commission says NRM is now strong and there is no party can defeat NRM them in the 2020- 2021.
“We are now strong and we have ability to take the 2020-2021 elections because won Hoima and
Kaabong by- elections by hard defeat to opposition”.
“Bobiwine and opposition are so talkative but they do not have support, even the votes said to be stolen, even you add on their percentage they didn’t won the elections, thus means NRM are ready to take the power for 2020-2021 elections”.
The statistics indicates that NRM swept all positions in Kaabong and in Hoima.
The NRM won the Woman Mp seat and won 78% of all the lower local government council positions.
Independents won 19% FDC 1% and ANT 1% .
This indicates that the NRM performed very well in the two by-elections.
