Singer Edrisa Musuuza alias Eddy Kenzo is on Friday November 8th premiering a new song titled ‘Semyekozo’. The singer will also hold an international presser on social media regarding several rumors that circulated after meeting the president.

“Jambo my people hope your good. Since my press conference at mestil a lot has been said however since I am premiering my new song titled ‘semyekozo’ today I will also use that opportunity to go live at 5 pm,” posted Kenzo on his social media platform.

The word ‘Semyekozo’ is a version used by her baby mama Rema Namakula in her popular song ‘Gutujja’ featuring Kampala Boys.

The word went viral during the introduction of Rema’s new lover Hamza Ssebunya on Independence Day when Sheikh Muzaata allegedly rebuked Kenzo for taking Rema for granted, insinuating that the artiste is the real semyekozo.

It should also be known that the artiste who was suspected to a People Power supporter following his different songs like ‘Mbakoye’ and ‘system volongoto’ revealed that he will campaign for any politician including Bobi Wine in forthcoming general elections.

Kenzo said these during a press conference held at Mestil Hotel in Kampala on October 31, where was disclosing what he discussed with the president during his visit to State House.

Through his social media platform, the artiste said that he realised that campaigning for a particular politician would divide his fans.

The artist is the 2019 Best African Entertainer award winner at the 5th edition of African Entertainment Awards USA 2019 (AEUSA) in United States of America.
