The Uganda Sand Cranes head coach Jamal Salim Muwonge summoned 20 beach soccer players in preparation for the Copa- Dar es salaam tournament.
The tournament is scheduled to take place from 20th – 26th December 2019 at Coco beach in Dar es salaam – Tanzania.
Muwonge says he believes he chose the best for the team,
We have selected 20 players that we believe are the best and have been playing together on the national team.

“Our hopes are high, this time we are more than ready for the tournament as we prepare our team for next year’s AFCON Beache Soccer Championiship that will be hosted here,”Mutabazi told msnewsintanda
The sand cranes were crowned runners up in the previous Copa – Dar es salaam after losing to Tanzania in the finals.
The players in camp are having their training sessions at the FUFA technical Centre in Njeru.
