FUFA Big League side Police FC have unveiled defender Ahmed Amayo as their latest signing ahead of the 2023/24 season.
“Introducing defense kingpin, Amayo,” the club anounced on Thursday.
The calm and composed defender will be at Police until 2024 after signing one-year contract with the Cops.
Amayo’s versatility is what attracted the Cops to sign him, the centreback can as well be deployed at right back.
Amayo has previously played for Vipers Sports Club, Onduparaka FC and currently also features for West Nile province in the FUFA Drum tournament.
The defender now officially becomes Police’s seventh signing so far.
The Cops have also already unveiled Raymond Onyai, Edmond ‘Sizzo’ Otim, Edward Kasibante, Steven Kabuye, Ivan Eyamu and Allan Bukenya.
