Airtel Masaza Cup 2024: Quarterfinals to kick off on Sunday Sept 22

Following the climax of the group stage, the Buganda Masaza Cup Organizing Committee has confirmed the quarterfinal fixtures for the 2024 tourney.

Mawokota who finished as one of the best third placed teams will lock horns with Buwekula for a place in the semis. Buwekula finished second in Muganzirwaza group.

The other quarterfinal will see Kyaggwe face off again with Ssingo with whom they were in the same group (Muganzirwaza). Ssingo topped the group after winning their petition against Gomba whereas Kyaggwe surged to this stage as one of the best third placed teams.

Meanwhile, Kyaddondo who finished second in Bulange Group will face off with Busujju in the quarterfinals with the latter hosting the first leg fixture. Busujju finished top of Masengere Group.

Kabula will battle with two time competition winners Buddu in the quarterfinal.

Kabula finished second in Masengere Group while Buddu were top of Bulange group.

The first leg meetings will be played on 22nd September while the second leg fixtures are slated for 29th of the same month.
