Airtel Masaza Cup returns with matchday two games, Kyadondo aims to cause more problems for Buddu

Kyadondo Coach Medi Nyanzi and his Boss Khalid Ssimbwa on same page on sending intimidating indicators to two times Masaza Cup champion.

Having lost the opening fixture on a travel to Butambala, Buddu is back at Home in hope to settle down the situation.

As they are in waiting for Kyadondo, the visitors are continuing with intimidating message towards Buddu.

Buddu eliminate Kyadondo in 2023 Masaza cup Quarterfinal in a tie which was only honoured one leg with Kyadondo refusing to visit Buddu in their claim over being robbed in the first leg played in Kyadondo.

That stands the major reason in rising the tension ahead of the first meeting since the saga.

Having experience indicators on how this year’s Masaza cup tournament may be, from week one with results full of surprises watching small teams fetching victories on road and others at home.

The competition started on 22 June with Bululi making a perfect visit to Kosovo ground in Kasana Luwero where they walked off with maximum points in the result which shocked many.

Seven days later more surprises came with Butambala properly use home advantage over a well organized Buddu, Busujju picking all at Busiro with Kyaggwe convincingly outshined Record Champions Gomba.

Besides Kyaggwe shall put a comma on the mourn for their fans to go in and face Mawogola as Kyaggwe playing host.

Both teams are into the fixture on back of win, Mawogola opened their campaign with a 1-0 win over Kooki while Kyaggwe won Wasteful Gomba 2-0.

It is a fixture which seems like Kyagwe is a better team though Mawogola sits on better pedigree.

This weekend the biggest game is expected to be between Ssingo and Gomba after both teams failing to win at opening week.

Gomba has to be the most troubled team, traveling to Mityana after losing at Kabulasoke it cannot be acceptable by choice.

Ssingo 8s going into the game only with out Sowed Kwenda Simon Peter Mugerwa will have enough quality to approach Frank Mulindwa’s side.

In the same group, Muganzirwazza Buwekula will have a trick travel to Kooki.

It may be not on football side of it but Playing in Masaza cup it is always trick to go and visit Kooki.

Kooki lost on road in the first match of the tournament 1-0 to Mawogola while Buwekula was held by Ssingo in a goalless draw Mubende.

Besides moving to the land of difficulties, Buwekula has a much much better team into this game with the team just has to get on one page as early as possible.

In Bulange Group where Buddu and Kyadondo lies will be other target to settle the situation as Bulemeezi shall travel to Neighborhood county Bugerere.

Both team lost at the first attempt when Bulemeezi where beaten by Bululi while Bugerere where overpowered by Kyadondo.

In the other fixture in that group Butambala will travel to Bululi with both teams impressed on opening both beating bigger teams when Butambala beaten Buddy while Bululi also defeated defending Champion Bulemeezi.

In Masengere group complications may be expected to happen again with Island battle between Ssese and Buvuma comes in as the only match on Saturday while the other 8 are coming up on Sunday 7 July 2024.

Mawokota will host Busiro at Buwama as Busujju still with a joy of winning Busiro last weekend they shall face Kabula side which is among the team with the most balanced squads
