Association of head teachers in Uganda,( ASSHU) have today Thursday 5th September 2019 officially welcome back Uganda Secondary Schools Sports Association from Arusha Tanzania the where they represented Uganda in the 2019 Federation of East African Secondary Schools Sports Association (FEASSSA) 2019 games, Team Uganda emerged victorious overall after gathering the more trophies and medals compared to any other team from all the seven teams represented the member countries.
2019 championship was the 18 the edition of these games and Uganda wining it was a fabulous achievement because they had won the over all trophy once before.
The congratulatory award was presented to the USSSA president Mr. Patrick Okanya.
Okanya who was flanked by his EXCO member Justus Mugisha, who doubles as FEASSA president and the head teach of Standard high Zana, whose team won Volley ball boys trophy , promised to continue winning the championship by saying that ,”we have always been improving on the organisaion locally as we supervise our school teams from post primaries to FEASSSA and screening well the eligible player which as helped in strengthening of our teams,”Okanya said.
I thank the government for the tremendous support offered to the team being it monetary or advise, thank you so much.,”added.

Basketball Boys, among others.
