The Federation of Uganda Basketball Associations (FUBA), has signed a 3 year Agreement with the Basketball World Governing body FIBA, to host The FIBA 3X3 Africa Cup from 2019 – 2021.
The development was confirmed by FUBA on Monday, July 22nd-2019.
This tournament will attract 12 teams of Open Category (Men & Women) and 12 teams of U18 (Men &Women) from all over Africa, making a total of 48 teams and 192 players.
The first edition will take place between 8th and 10th November 2019 at an outdoor venue that will be announced soon.
