The long awaited Bika by’abaganda 2022 final, is underway as all roads lead to Muteesa II stadium wakulukuku stad come Saturday 11 March 2023 for game between seven time winners, Lugave takes on Ndiga in football final and Ngeye takes on Mamba Namakaka in netball final.
In Thursday’s press conference held at Nlubwama arcade in Kampala, Ndiga clans’ katikiiro(Prime Minister) Ssalongo Kyazze Namulettu, [of ssiga lya Kagwa ebukagwe] said,” that at the beginning no one expected Ndiga to reach this far stage but at least we have achieved that milestone, now are not in the final by chance but we want to lift title more so register our clan in the record books of championship winners.”
Salongo Kyazze, went on to pledge to the team that each goal scored for Ndiga, shall be payed 150,000.
On Saturday, we have organised buses and coasters free of charge to transport and enable fellow clanmates to come, witness and history making in big numbers.
These vehicles will line up at kalerwe roundabout starting at 8am in the morning and thereafter will go to Busega shell, from there they will go and park at kibuye to pick some fans and then will take them to their office at kabaka’s lake where they will match by foot to Muteesa II stadium Wankukulukuku.
This time round, the winner Football final will walk away with 9 million shillings, runners up, 7m, third 5m and fourth place 3million shillings.
The winner of netball will win 7millions, 5m for runners up, the third will go with 3m and the fourth takes one million shillings.
Popular singers, David Lutalo and Mesach Semakula of Ndiga and Lugave clan respectively will entertain the fans at the stadium.
Football final is expected to kick off at exactly 3:30pm and will be graced by the Katikiro of Buganda Owek. Charles Peter Mayiga.
The tickets are to be sold at the gate that will be open at 9am on Saturday. The ticket is at 10000/- ordinary, 20000/- VIP and the students will be paying 5000/-.
