Striker Brian Aheebwa has secured a move to Uganda Premier League newly promoted side, Kitara FC.

Aheebwa joins the Hoima based side after the end of his three stint at KCCA expired at the end of the season.

He joined the Kasasiro Boys from Mbarara City in 2020 but failed to cement a starting place.

Despite his impressive performance early at Lugogo, Aheebwa’s life at the KCCA was hindered by frequent injuries.

At the FUFA Big League Champions, Aheebwa will link up with his former Coach Brian Ssenyondo whom he worked with at Mbarara City.

The Royals have so far signed six other players this transfer window, these include; Goalkeeper Chrispus Kusiima from Gadaffi FC, Frank ‘Zaga’ Tumwesigye from Vipers, Jude Ssemugabi from Mbarara City, Ibrahim Magandaazi, Luwalo Kipper, Sabir Yasin and Shafiq Magogo all from UPDF FC.
