Buganda regional league set to commence on 15th February with the start of second round.
The Buganda regional football league will resume on Saturday 15th February 2020 with eight fixtures in both Katonga and Ssezibwa group according to the fixtures released Yesterday 6th February 2020.
Katonga group will have five games as leader Kiyinda Boys playing host against Synergy and Buwambo utd will start the second round on road to Bombo Barracks to play Young Simba. In the same group Lukaya town council will take on Masaka City, Standard High Zana will continue to fight relegation at home against Kampala University at Lufuka. Busiro Utd after regaining their earlier docked points by winning an appeal over the case which was filled by Entebbe fc claiming that Busiro played impersonated Allan Ssebitosi as Chaka Mahadi but letter Busiro proved that both Allan and Chaka are licensed players at Busiro utd. Now Busiro will have to teavel to Kakiri town council in relegation battle. In Ssezibwa group three matches will be played on the opening day of the second round as group leader Lugazi Municipal travelling to third placed Buikwe Red Stars FC, Kiwanga Utd is fighting to get out of relegation as they Playing Visitors to Uganda Martyrs SS FC at Kayunga and under redline Butema Soccer Masters will be hosting Kampala University at Butema.
