KCCA FC continued their miserable run on Tuesday afternoon as they were comprehensively beaten 3-0 by BUL FC.
The Kasasiros who came into the game on a 4 match winless run saw that streak go to 5, conceding goals by Richard Wandyaka, Robert Mukongotya and former player Musa Esenu.
Mike Mutebi’s side have now gone three games minus victory in the league, losing to both Tooro United and BUL whilst drawing with Bright Stars.
For BUL, the victory sees them leap-frog Onduparaka and move top of the table with 16 points.
The Caterpillars lost their game on Tuesday at home to URA.BUL FC start slow but prove too much for Kasasiros in the end
With desire to win, KCCA FC started brightly, asking the more questions.
The returning Mustafa Kizza saw a free-kick parried away to safety by custodian Abdul Kimera.
Youngster Sadat Anaku missed a seater after Kizza had ruttled the cross bar, heading wide while a few inches from the goal line.Despite the slow start, BUL who had lost all their last six games against KCCA FC stunned the visitors.
Wandyake was on hand to calmly slot Mukongotya’s low-driven cross into the back of the net on 34 minutes.Six minutes after the break, Mukongotya doubled BUL’s advantage finishing off James Otim’s assist.
KCCA FC tried to mount a come back but were not creating enough to find a way back.Eventually, BUL put the game to bed with a third as Esenu who was released by the Kasasiros this past summer beat Peter Magambo before slotting in past the helpless Charles Lukwago.
BUL have now won the most games in the division (5) and hold a one point advantage at the top of the pile.
