Cabinet Reshuffle: Museven drops Muloni, Nadduli, Azuba, Mukway, Onzima, Nantaba, Bakkabulindi as Rafael Magyezi, Nabakooba appointed

President Museveni has in a Cabinet Reshuffle announced Saturday, December 14 evening replaced his Principal Private Secretary Ms Molly Kamukama, and about six Cabinet Ministers including Energy Minister Irene Muloni.

In the reshuffle, Mr. Museveni has replaced Ms Muloni with Ms Mary Kitutu, Ms Janat Mukwaya has been replaced as Minister of Gender with Mr. Frank Tumwebaze who moves from the ICT docket, and Works Minister Azuba Ntege has been replaced by his deputy Gen. Katumba Wamala, State Minister for Sports Hon. Charles Bakkabulindi has been replaced by Hon. Denis Hamson Obua while Hajji Nadduli has also been dropped from Cabinet. The five move on to become Presidential Advisors.

Mr. Museveni has also named Dr. Kenneth Omona, hitherto NRM treasurer as his Principal Private Secretary. Ms Kamukama has been appointed a minister of state for Economic Monitoring.

It is understood Mr. Museveni will make more changes in government in the coming days.
