Former Uganda Cranes coach Sebastien Desabre’s next destination has been confirmed.

The Frenchman agreed with FUFA to terminate his contract as coach of the Uganda Cranes, according to a statement released by FUFA on Sunday morning.

Reports in Egypt have it that the Frenchman is set to join Pyramids, a club that plays in the country’s top flight division.

According to Kingfut (Egypt website), Desabre is a frontrunner to take over the job despite being linked to Al Ahly in recent weeks.

Due to the situation surrounding Lasarte at Al Ahly, they have been on the lookout for a replacement manager. However, it looks as though the Red Devils are set to miss out on the Frenchmen as he is now the frontrunner to take over at Pyramids.

This, will become Desabre’s second job in Egypt after managing Ismaily where he resigned on December 27, 2017 to join Uganda Cranes.
