EVERYTHING SET AS M4M CHALLENGE RIDERS EXPECTED BACK AT KIWAWU ON THURSDAY

The M4M bicycle ride challenge which started on Saturday August 24 from Kiwawu , Mityana road and reached  Gulu City  on Sunday 25 August after covering 520 miles.

According to Robert Katende, the Ceo of Som, the riders left yesterday Gulu back to Kiwawu and today is a resting day to them and decided touring Murchison falls where they will leave tomorrow to Kiboga where they sleep and eventually on Thursday, they will leave Kiboga to the final destination which will be Kiwawu.

Katende, went on to reveal that no accidents so far occurred and God is still on their side and hope to reach Kiwawu safely.

This challenge was participated by riders from America led by John Davenport and others with the aim of fundraising funds for the community medical outreach at Kiwawu and Gulu.

According to Katende, the community medical outreach will give services to patients this Friday at Kiwawu and each patient will need 5,000 shilling for the service.

The medical outreach provide the following services which include; high blood pressure, diabetes, UTI, diarrheal diseases, URTI, deworming,asthma,candidiasis,skin diseases,health education and dental services.
