Fdc ready for the Dokolo district woman MP by-election

As FDC prepares the Late Celia Ogwal’s daughter Dr. Alwoc Rosemary Ogwal for the position of the Dokolo district woman MP, the party leadership led by the Deputy President Eastern region Hon. Margaret Wokuri Madanda engaged the selected FDC Dokolo District branch structure leaders in Dokolo Town Council.

The meeting aimed at building harmony within the structure leadership and rally the FDC troops behind the flag bearer, Dr. Alwoc Rosemary Ogwal, in the impending Dokolo District Woman MP by-election scheduled for next month.

During the meeting, leaders crafted strategies and campaign arrangements designed to enable the Party to secure victory in the by-election.

The meeting was attended by Party national leaders, including; the FDC Deputy Treasurer General Hon. Attan Moses Okia, the Soroti City Woman MP Hon. Joan Alobo Acom, the National Youth Leader Mr. Adepo Francis, the Dokolo District LCV Chairman, who also serves as the Party National Vice Chairman Hon. James Otto Apili, Secretary for Investment and Trade Mr. Okao Joel Tema among others.

The leadership is expected to meet with elders, opinion leaders, and stakeholders as part of the efforts to secure victory for the FDC flag bearer, Dr. Alwoc Rosemary Ogwal.

However, the party Deputy Secretary for Publicity Mulindwa Walid Lubega represented the party national leadership and led the delegation of Fdc NEC leaders, Fdc Mubende structure leadership, and Fdc secretariat staff, during the burial of the party chairman in Mubenda district Herbert Asiimwe in Kalingo village, Bageza Subcounty, Mubende district.
