The youth in Fdc in Kyadondo East have expressed concern over the conflicts going on within the party which they say are destroying the party image into the public eye.

The opposition party currently has been seen involving in internal conflicts with the root cause being senior members pointing at each other, the party spokes person claiming the party president and secretary sold the party to NRM and the opposite side dismissing allegations.

This forced the youth in Kyadondo East, being led by their Chairman  Ronald Sekabira, under a peaceful demonstration to deliver a letter expressing their concern towards the party unending internal conflicts, to the former Fdc president Doctor Kiiza Besigye, seeking for answers to many questions.

Some members in the party who went to meet Dr. Besigye, through their letter, asked him not to side with those  who sold their party, however much they continuously come to him asking for his response towards the careless act that they did to the party.

These members carried charts indicating names of the party members they claim are the leading party disorganisers such as Patrick Amuliat Oboi, Nandala Mafabi and  Appollo Kantinti comfirmed that these people sold the party.

Unfortunately, they didnot manage to meet Dr. Besigye who they didnot find home, they therefore handed over their letter to the security guard whom they found at the gate.

Speaking to the press after delivering their letter, these members dismissed allegations that Kyadondo East fdc members held elections where Appollo Kantinti was among the elected candidates.

They added that they dont want to see their party drawning in conflicts that makes it a weak and disorganised political party.

However, Appollo Kantinti dismissed allegations that him, Poa and Nandala Mafabi collaborated to sell fdc to the ruling party Nrm. He appealed to the youth and other Fdc members in the country to desist from engaging into useless conflicts but to work together to see that the party progresses to another level
