Fortebet Real Stars monthly awards: Namulema, Okello and Nabirye appreciated for superior performance in May

Real Stars sports Agency with partners in Forte Bet and Jude Colour Solutions continue their appreciative note as they award three superstars from three sports disciplines.
The discipline were Netball where Firdaus Namulema stood taller than any Ugandan Netball and East African as she posts the Most Valuable Player performance at the recently concluded East Africa Netball Championship in Dar Es Salaam in Tanzania.

Namulema was just closely challenged by Christine Namulumba and Rachael Nanyonga but they were not matching the young Stars level.
Namulumba played for Prisons while Nanyonga co warded the the Forte Bet award winner in helping their side, NIC to win all 8 games through round robin format the side defends the title making their East Africa trophy 22nd tally following beating Zanzibar’s KVC 62-37.

At the awards hosted in Kololo on Tuesday 4 May Namulema talk on how she managed to upgrade her performance and the importance of the award .

“The people close to me always push me, they motivate me to keep going, I didn’t expect this, but I also thank my team, they are part of this achievement because if I wasn’t with them, i wouldn’t have achieved this.” Said Namulema.

On other way Heathens Fullback Malcom Okello won the accolade after his kicked 19 points for as Heathens outplay Kobs at Legends winning 29-18 in the first leg and in the second leg Okello added a try and a penalty to minimize the losing margin for Heathens to 18-13 to enable the side qualifying for the final on aggregate 42-36. Heathens went on to win their 17th League title.

Okello beat Emily Lekuru and Ivan Magomu who were in the race.

In football Junior female Player Shadia Nabirye who is a form three student at Kawempe Muslim SS bettered Emmanuel Ajo and Milton Karisa for the award.

Nabirye managed to scoop the CAF Schools Championship top scorer with 3 goals helping Kawempe Muslims finishing third at the tournament in Zanzibar winning 150,000 US Dollars.

The CEO of Real Stars Sports Agency, Isaac Mukasa asserted that most sports activities are entering off season but again they will keep awarding achievers in different disciplines.
