FUFA confirms that there has been addition of ticket selling centres for the Uganda Cranes 2026 FIFA World Cup Qualifier matches against Botswana and Algeria slated for 7th June 2024 and 10th June respectively.
The additional ticket selling points were confirmed by FUFA Communications Director Ahmed Hussein.
“FUFA listened to the public outcry about the number of ticket selling points and a decision has been made to add three more. These are City Oil Fuel Stations in Kamwokya, Nakawa and Bombo Road all in Kampala City.” He confirmed.
The addition of the aforementioned centres brings the total to seven, joining the initial ones, FUFA Complex, Tango sport- Jinja, MTN Momo and Namboole online ticketing platform.
Hussein cautioned the public about buying tickets from unauthorized centres to avoid cases of fake tickets.
“As FUFA, we appeal to the fans to buy tickets from only the selling centres we have named and confirmed to avoid buying fake tickets.”
For the past few days, the rate at which fans are buying tickets has escalated with the significant number being on the ordinary and VIP double tickets.
