After today’s weigh-in at club Obligato, Bombo road for the National professional Championship. 11 bouts are expected to take place on Friday 25 August 2023 night at club Obligato.

All fighters who were in good shape and promised Ugandans to stage good fights ahead of tomorrow’s event.

Sam Buchana, the chairman of Great Strikers international promised Ugandans to have a good show tomorrow and argue Ugandans to come in big number and support the boys.
Buchana, went on to say that tomorrow’s event will start at 7pm, so let’s keep time.

In today’s weigh-in, Uganda professional boxing commission was represented by Simon Katongole who’s the vice president administration, Abbey Mugayi who’s the vice president technical and Maureen Mulangira, the treasury.

Robert Waswa, an official from Big Strikers International, also promised a good show as they use to do in their shows.
Faruk Lutaya, a boxer in fly weight said that being a short boxer, will give him courage to overcome his opponent Davis Ariho.

Tomorrow Friday’s bouts will include, Junju Power who’s a new kid on board will tussle out with Nickolas Mukasa in welter weight, 10 rounds in the main fight bout, Justine Okello vs Nicholas Musiman in 6 round, Fahad Mulindwa vs Ali Mirembe, Jeremiah Sserwada vs Said Yazid, Fahad Mayombo vs Denis Ouma, Ahammed Boloshy vs Said Mbelwa, Isaac Ssebufu vs Farouk Buwuliza , Michael Lukyamuzi vs Abdul Kasozi, Hudson Muhumuza cs Nasif Ngobi and Ronald Duku vs Odoi Tuff.
