The second and third draws of the Pirelli promotions was held on Thursday at City Tyres headquarters at 6th Street Industrial Area.
Hardware World’s managing director Simon Ssekankya who bought tyres from City Tyres Jinja road broad to enter the drawing, was among the two lucky winners who won a fully paid trip to watch the 2019 Formula 1 at Yas Marina Circuite Abu Dhabi grand prix.
Cheap General Hardware is the other winner and will have a chance to watch the likes of Mercedes’ Lewis Hamilton and Ferrari’s Sebastien Vettel at the Yas Marina trip on 1st December as they were also announced after buying tyres from Combo road branche and entered the drawing.
The event was graced by Pirelli’s Batha Eugene and Christopher Uanier. City Tyres marketing manager Herbert Bashasha was also in attendance.
The promotion started in June and will climax in early November, to enter the draw you needed to buy four Pirelli tyres from the six City tyres outlets across the country.
