Ahead of Highly anticipated 8 edition of Mutalaga Christmas Cup, Fullback George Kaddu played a big role for DC United as they humble Hot stars in a get ready match.
The game which ended 2-1, Hotspors scored first through Abdulnoor Nsereko Junior but Left back Kaddu George scored twice to overturn the score.
The game was played at Muddy Lweza play ground on Sunday 7 July 2024 and winner DC United walk off with 1,000,000/= prize money and loser Hot stars bagged 500,000/= with all players winning individual medals.
The games confirms the start of Entebbe road Iconic football tournament which is fueled by sports Donner Frank Mutalaga.
This year’s tournament has confirmed 80 teams to participate with the tournament running from Monday 8 July 2024 at Lweza Playground. Mutalaga the found of the annual football tournament has applauded the growth the of the tournament.
“It is not easy to run a tournament of this mode for 8 years but I managed to do so, I am not a politician and am doing this to help our youth to grow their talents, I believe we can have Players like Sadio Mane from this”

The tournament shall run up Christmas festivals, all teams are entitled for participation fees of 300,000/=
