Katikkiro Charles Peter to flag-off regional cycling race

KATIKKIRO TO FLAG- OFF REGION CYCLING RACE, THE WINNER WILL WALK AWAY WITH A PLOT AND A BAJAJ

The Region cycling race which is organized by Together we can will be flagged off by the Katikkiro of Buganda Charles Peter Mayiga on 26, November at Lubiri, ring road.

According to Solmon Ssebakaaki commonly known as King Sol, the CEO of Together we can, the Katikkiro will flag –off the event at 9am and the event is a one day event and 150 kilometer (42 laps) will be raced.

Participants from different regions are expecting to take part in this competition ,including African champion Charles Kagimu, a Ugandan who is participating in Kenya and other international cyclists.

The winner of this event is expected to walk away with 100×50 plot of land located in Nakifuma and runners-up will take a motor cycle (Boda Boda) Bajaj from the organisers.

The registration fee for both men and ladies is 100,000 per each and the best 10 winners will walk away with prizers, this event is a build up for the next year pearl of Africa road race which will be organised in Uganda and will attract countries from abroad.
