Plascon paints have provided a significant boost to the beautification endeavors of the Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) by contributing 600 liters of road marking paint.
The formal handover of this donation took place at City Hall, with Hajat Minsa Kabanda, the Minister of Kampala Capital City and Metropolitan, officially receiving the contribution during a ceremony.
Commending Plascon for its support in the city’s pursuit of enhancing its beauty, Minister Kabanda urged other stakeholders to follow suit and contribute to the ongoing efforts to beautify the city.
Specifically, she emphasized that the provided paint would be instrumental in marking roads, a crucial aspect of the city’s improvement initiatives.
Santosh Gumte, the Managing Director of Kansai Plascon, represented the paint manufacturer and highlighted their pivotal role as a crucial ally in the ongoing initiative to enhance the visual appeal of the Central Business District (CBD) roads.
Dorothy Kisaka, the Executive Director of Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA), expressed gratitude for Plascon’s substantial contribution of 600 liters of high-quality road marking paint.
