KCCA FC were held to a 1-1 draw by URA FC at the StarTimes Stadium in Lugogo on Wednesday.

The Kasasiros who went into the game on a five-game winning streak, saw Allan Okello equalize in the second half after Ashraf Mandela had handed the visitors a first half lead.

Okello scored after a period of sustained pressure by Mike Mutebi, slotting in from a Steven Sserwadda assist on 57 minutes.

Earlier, Mandela had seen his left footed effort deflected into the back of the net to put URA into a shock lead inside the opening minutes.

Before KCCA FC equalized, Cromwel Rwothomio could have doubled the Tax Collectors’ lead but shot straight at Lukwago before failing to capitalize after the custodian spilled Shafik Kagimu’s effort.

KCCA however got the closest to winning it but Mustafa Kizza’s free-kick rattled the frame of thw goal.

Erisa Ssekisambu also saw a free header head straight at James Alitho.
