KCCA: Julius Raymond Kabugo resigns as Director of Treasury Services.

Directorate of Treasury Services Julius Raymond Kabugo resigns.

Kabugo who was also a chaiman of KCCA football club between 2015 to July 2017 had two previous attempts before this, one was in early 2018 and the other one in September the some year and was blocked by the authorities in KCCA,

Kabugo joined KCCA from URA on a KCCA 2010 act, as it requested for experts from URA to come and help in the organisation of a newly established authority by then KCCA. Together with the former ED KCCA Jennifer Musisi Ssemakula, Kabugo and other directors stepped in eights years ago in March 2011 and has been one of the the two directors of the directorate of treasury services department which was headed by Mr. Kyambandde Danuel who was appointed by H.E The President and resumed official duties on the 1st of November 2011 until of recent when Mr. Kabugo became the acting director.

His assistant Mr. Samuel Sserunkuuma  is expected to replace his when he officially leaves next month.
The reasons for his resignation are yet to officially known but the sources say that Kabugo seem to have seen his work KCCA done, and would like to let others also bring in new ideas as he did for KCCA fc presidency.

On the other hand may have resigned due to pressure from KCCA political leadership of Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago who of recent criticized the city technocrats of misusing the Authority money.

Kabugo has been a strong pillar in finance and education, as he was a person who could always explain the Authorities finance situation even facilitating some of councilors with finance management knowledge.

Kabugo joined legal officer KCCA Mr. Charles Ouma who had just resigned to make a number of 10 people to leave big offices in KCCA.

Other directors who have left include,  Abasuddewo emirimu kuliko: eyali deputy ED Judith Tukahirwa, Human resource KCCA Jennifer Kaggwa, Pheibe Kamya, Legal adviser KCCA Micheal Okua, Director Education Annie Galiwango, Director of Treasury Daniel Kyambadde, Assitant director Education Ambrose Atwooki, Legal officer Charles Ouma, Ag. Director Treasury Julius Kabugo and big boss ED Jennifer Musisi Ssemakula.
