This has been rightly observed in Kyamulibwa today Wednesday 9 September 2020 during the burial of Hon. Tereza Namujuzi Owino, who succumbed to cologne cancer this Monday while undergoing treatment at Mulago Hospital.
For avoidance of doubt, Speaker Kawalya has appealed to mourners in Kyamulibwa village of Kalungu District to embrace and pursue the People Power and NUP agenda headed by H.E Kyagulanyi Robert and all change seeking candidates, specifically NUP.
Until her death, Hon. Tereza Namujuzi Owino has been the female Authority Councilor representing elderly persons. She will always be remembered for always standing her ground. R.I.P
