Nkima vs Ngabi Nsamba
Nkima clan has opened preparations for Bika opener against Ngabi Nsamba.
The game is scheduled to take place at Muteesa 2 Wankuluku stadium on Saturday 13th May 2023.
Nkima’s opening session was held at Lubiri High school on Monday 8th May 2023 evening.
The training conducted by Vincent Kafeero have had over 20 player including senior players like Yasser Mugerwa, Robert Ssentongo sr and Simon Tamale.
During the session Robert Ssentongo Jr and Kato Kawuki looked fresher than any player in the session.
The training left Coach Kafeero impressed with both turn up and performance displayed by players “Today is the first day of our preparation for this years Bika tournament, the boys have reported in a good number and the have had a good session giving in their all, last year we lost our first game but this time we are here to lift the shield and the our players has shown that we can”
At the same note players Yasser Mugerwa has inked that the team is going to take a collective responsibility to be able of repeating history they set in Butambala.
“Today we have been like 25 players in the training the number is impressive, last year we didn’t perform, we lost the first game this time we are going to work as a team most of the players are young and they will be pushing the experienced players as experienced guiding them on coaches instructions”
The team shall commence with training tomorrow at the same venue in the expectations of more players joining.
