Barely six months after returning to Onduparaka FC, Livingstone Mbabazi is once again leaving.

According to reports, Mbabazi has agreed to terminate his two year contract with the Arua based side and move on.

Mbabazi had a contract that runs until the end of the 2020/2021 season but has been forced to negotiate out of it.

“It is painful but a reality after the club breached my employment contract.”

Mbabazi is believed to have departed because of arrears owed to him by Onduparaka FC.

It is also understood that the tactician has not been paid ever since signing a contract in June on top of his sign-on bonuses.

This was Mbabazi’s second stint at the Caterpillars having initially left in 2018.

After leaving for the first time, he enjoyed success with Mbarara City before terminating his deal with the Ankole Lions due to unfavorable working conditions.

By the time of his departure from Onduparaka, Mbabazi has been in charge of 15 matches from which he won seven, drew two and lost six.

He leaves them in 4th position with 23 points. His last game in charge saw his side lose 3-1 at home to SC Villa on Monday.

Mbabazi is reportedly linked to vacant jobs at both Mbarara City FC and Wakiso Giants FC.

He is currently a second assistant coach to Uganda Cranes tactician Johnathan McKinstry.

The CAF B Coaching Licensed coach has managed a host of clubs in Uganda including Bright Stars, Lweza, Masavu, Kyetume, Mbarara City and Onduparaka.
