Mbaziira and Ssembatya plots as Power Lifting Competitions climaxed at the weekend

A one day power lifting tournament which was held at Mt Zion,  came to an end with participants walking away with plots from century properties estates.

The tournament which was sponsored by century properties estates,  show Denis Mbazira, a para lifter and Sulaiman Sembatya winning plots fromcthe sponsors.The plots are located at Kyabadaza,  Masaka road .

Winners were awarded with medals and certificates

Denis Mbazira,  was the overall bench lifter while Sulaiman Sembatya was the overall winner after collecting 650 points from three category.

According to Sulaiman Kalinda, the manager of century properties promise more plots and other gifts for the next tournament,  this was our first time to join power lifting but i promise more fire in the next tournament.

Kenneth Sekiranda,  the president power lifting,  thanks the sponsors to join the game and promise a good cooperation.

The tournament which started early in the morning came to an end at almost 11pm late in the evening and the winners in different categories .

Julie Alberto Ruth,  was the female overall winner with 350 points,  Umar Kamoga won in 65 kg after collecting 475,  David Mukisa won 75 kg after collecting 485,  Geofrey Nono won 85 kg after collecting 510 points,  Michael Mugisha,  won 94 kg after 650,  Fahad Kalungi won 95 kg after 555,  Sulaiman Sembatya won 120 kg after collecting 650 points and Ronnie Mawejje won 120+ kg after collecting 665.
