In the first round of 16 match played at Kawempe growers, Kigobero fc defeated Katanga fc by 2-1 to secure a quarter final .
Kigobero fc will play the winner between Katale All stars and Kisenyi fc . The games between Katale All star vs kisenyi fc and Makerere fc Vs Bwaise II west had to be played at Katanga grounds were shifted to Kawempe Growers due to violence caused by Bulaya fc fan demanding for their team jerseys which were yet to be given to the team management by the organizers thus causing dismissal of Bulaya fc from the tournament.
These matches will be played on Thursday and Friday 25th and 26th July 2019 respectively.
