President Yoweri Kaguta Museven and Rwanda’s Pual Kagame are expected to meet and hold a discussions in Angola next week.
This will be the second meeting in just a period of two month . According to the press release from The Angolan presidency, the two leaders will be at the second summit that will bring them together with president Joao Laurence of Angola and ferix Tshisekede of Dr Congo.
The meeting between the four Africans Statesmen follows the Luands summit on 12 July.
The four leaders of state will Wednesday 21st August 2019 and will sign the instruments that enshrine.
The understanding reached. At the last meeting, Rwanda and Uganda reached understanding to resolve tension that have erupted between the two neighbouring countries in recent month.
The Angola foreign minister has visited Kigali and Kampala to seal the deal. The statement after the meeting said, that the summit rebuild the political situation between Rwanda and Uganda to continue dialogue with a view to finding a solution to existing problems .
