Museveni, Salva Kiir held talks, at Entebbe state House

President Yoweri Kaguta Museven and Salva Kiir have held talks aimed to strengthen the South Sudan’s peace process.

The two heads of state talked about how the process of reassembling the army is move on and to see how the making is handled and among other businesses was the issue of Uganda Airlines.

President Museveni said after the meeting,”I received and held talks with President Salva Kiir of South Sudan, at State House Entebbe.

Despite a few internal elements still trying to distablise the progress of South Sudan, I am optimistic that the reassembling of the SPLM in Juba is a commitment towards peace.

We have also received updates from our line ministers on some development projects that we have undertaken to start working on,”Museveni said.

These include among others; the operations of Uganda Airlines launching in Juba,”he added.
