Mutalaga cup 2024: Bweya Soccer academy held Zana Mixed in a thrilling 2 all draw

The commencing Matalaga cup continues to exciting the people surrounded by Lweza area with one more exciting game.

It was a game between 

 Zana Mixed Bweya Soccer academy ending in 2-2 score.

Jafar Mukisa scored for Zana Mixed while Anthony Kibirige netting for Bweya Soccer academy to send the game into half time interval at square.

The game returned with the academy side playing much on front foot resulting Sula Ssegawa getting a leading goal with a free header inside 6 yard mark.

At 2-1 as Bweya Soccer academy leading more questions were fired against the game leaders  as teenager Sanya Cena leading the side he captained at the mission.

The high tower defender was unbelievable on the day being a defender and keeps starting up Zana Mixed attacks and grounding conformable plays.

After having many tries, Zana Mixed got the overlooked formula via Derrick Ochieng’s long range stunning free.

The free kick was just few meters off the centre line of the right side of the centre ark and taken direct to far post  top corner as the Zana mixed leveling the matter inside added time of the play.

Standing at 2 goals square Zana Mixed attacked to take it all getting a claim on penalty in a scenario that resulted Bweya’s Fred Muwagga getting sent off for abusive words just a minute to the final whistle.

The tournament sponsored by well wisher Frank Mutalaga will take a break tomorrow, Wednesday 17 July, returning on Thursday 18 July 2024 and go into another resting day on Friday 19.
