Mutalaga Cup: Goals continue falling as the tournament stands in the contention of the most exciting event

Between Friday July 26 and Tuesday 30 there have been an amount of ten games.

During the period the tournament which has all type of Ugandan football crop of players has seen 30 goals getting in back of the net.

Friday had two games that saw Kavumba Elite defeating Wilfo FC 2-0 with Lanky forward Abbey Kavuma and Yahaya Muliika netting the goals.

On same day City Stars and Kijapan played a 1-1 square game finishing the day with 4 goals.

On Saturday there was 5 goals with Peninsula FC beating up Kitovu United 3-0 and Mayinja FC hardly fought to win over Birongo FC 2-0.

On the day Faridi Achumu and Ivan Ochorit scored for Mayinja fc while Alhaji Tori, James Garanga,Gabriel Chany were on score sheet for Peninsula FC.

In terms of goals Sunday was a significant day registering 10 goals from two games with Najja Waters and Co-operative Garage drawing 4-4 while Church FC play a 2 all draw against Bweba FC.

On Monday there was six counted balls that crossed the line when we saw DC United hummering Pavers FC 3-0 while Namulanda with same Margin defeated Tulibyaffe.

The collection reached Tuesday with more two games less scoring in numbers as Da East Soccer Connect drawing 1-1 with Black Wolves while Hared through Bruno Bunyaga’s goal beaten Ndejje United 1-0.
